Shipping And Returns

We offer fast delivery worldwide. In general, the delivery time is around 7 to 9 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, our customer service will send you a letter with the tracking numbers. If you have not received any information about your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We will verify.
 
Orders can be delayed for reasons:
 
1. The addresses "Bill To" and "Ship to" are not the same.
2. The product is out of stock.
3. The order is pending credit approval and verification.
Return and exchange policy
As a wholesaler and retailer, it is our duty to maintain long-term business relationships with our customers.
I hope you can understand that we only accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged items
3. Dissatisfaction (see details)
 
Return policy
 
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. All of the items ordered here are close to the word "what you see on our website is what you get in 7 days". Before taking advantage of the easy exchange and return policy, you must contact us with the return address before returning the items. All items returned to us must be in their original condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
All items ordered are the right items you choose here. We promise you the right package for the order. So if you return the right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We do not cover shipping costs for correct returns or package exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
All returned products must be sent to the delivery address which we send to you by email after receiving our feedback here!
 
Exchanges
 
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days of the date of shipment of the original order. Please contact us with your order number and one of our team members will assist you. If you wish to exchange items in a different style, you must return them for a refund * (in accordance with the return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before returning the items. All items returned to us must be in their original condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.
We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the costs of return and the costs of shipping and processing for the shipping of the items exchanged. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when you send items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned items are subject to a 95% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Cancel order policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after placing your order within 6 hours before the item is delivered. We are sorry that we cannot cancel an order when we ship it. Thanks for your understanding. If you insist on canceling your order, please follow our return policy. A 15% non-refundable credit card fee is deducted from the credit amount.
Warning:
1. All products exchanged or returned must keep their original state unworn, modified or washed, with all the labels attached.
2. You must contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your item.
